To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Return request should be made within 15 days of your purchase. Please send the return request through your account on website. Since we're a small company with a hygienic product, we can't have an open-ended return policy.
Once your return is received, we will inspect the product to validate the reason of return. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. However a convenience fee of amount 100rs would be deducted on account of shipping and handling charges on the same. Please check your bank account after some processing time which is usually 2-5 working day after refund is done.
Cancellation prior to shipment: You will get a full refund only when the order is cancelled before it has been shipped and the refund will be done within 5 to 7 days from the date of cancellation.
Cancellation post shipment: If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please contact us at (+91) 9899289678 and do not accept the delivery of the order. Once the order is received back by us, we will refund the money paid by you by deducting a convenience fee of Rs100 towards shipping and handling charges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning/exchanging an item due to any manufacturing defect or any error on our account, we will bear the costs of return shipping from you and for sending the replacement product to you.
